PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are due immediately.

CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $40 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date if order has not been shipped.
Wigs Processing Time
READY TO SHIP Units/Accessories ship within 24 hours after verification. We will only ship orders to confirm address for fraud prevention. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
PRE ORDER WIGS can take up to 15- 21 days to process. At this time, I am receiving the hair from my vendor and making the wig. We extend the processing time for PRE-ORDER Wigs 15-25 business days during a sales period. The Wait is worth it! After the processing time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping (US Orders)
When you Provide your Wig for customization. Local orders wigs will be completed in 10 business days. Out of town Wig Orders take up to 15 business days to complete and will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Day Shipping (US Orders)
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item ships.
(United States) Normally 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail BUT due to pandemic (covid-19) 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS
(International) 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS or longer depending on custom via USPS Priority Mail

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office.
RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
TIME
If we mistakenly send the wrong items. Exchange are only accepted within 72 hours of original delivery date.

PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in order to return.
Charges: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
